Here, we gather at the water’s edge.

I’m Michelle Ericksen — guide, ceremonialist, oracle, elder, and PhD. I write from the depths of the jungle in Yucatán, at the edge of the Lagoon of Seven Colors; when I’m not here, I live in the Oregon Cascades’ wild landscape. My work is shaped by decades of teaching and research, lived initiation and traditional study with indigenous elders, consciousness exploration, plant and spirit-based learning, ancestral healing, and the long practice of listening deeply to life.

I write from the liminal places: the endings that become beginnings, the questions that undo us, the seasons that offer a rooted path, the thresholds where something wiser than the mind begins to speak. We come closer to what is real. We are leaders and guides, stewards and elders, teachers, healers and mystics, misfits and quiet revolutionaries who are leading, creating, holding, and healing in a world that asks too much and listens too little. We know deep in our bones there is another way. We are reclaiming those paths.

Together, we hold it all:

The grief.
The beauty.
The rupture.
The repair.
The mystery.
The body.
The ancestors.
The land.
The plants.
The old stories asking to be composted.
And a new world quietly rooting through us.

This space is for those who know that healing is not a private luxury. Self-knowledge is your birthright. It is part of how we tend the world. This is not a place for quick fixes or shiny self-improvement. It is a place for depth, and for being witnessed…even if it’s a momentary touch-point. A breath. One small shift.

Come sit by the water. However you arrive, the circle welcomes you.
